Day 7 - With another early Skippersmeeting the day started with all focus on Waveriding and so pretty soon the first Heats of the Double Elimination started. Kevin Pritchard showed that he was all about improving his reults and kicked out Volwater and Dario Ojeda in his first Heats. British Robby Swift was on fire too. During his Heat against Mussolini he had to change his rigg and than also broke his mast and needed a caddy to continue his Heat. In the end Mussolini had only two out of three Jumps to count and so his mega Taka on one of the best Waves of the day didn´t help him to advance. German Klaas Voget also was on fire today and showed why he is one of the Top Wavesailors in the circuit. With a great performance he kicked out super strong sailing french Yann Sorlut. Levi Siver had kicked out by Phil Horrocks who landed a dry Double Loop with the end of that Heat. After those Heats the Elimination was put on hold. The Waves just got too messy for a solid Waveriding. Ricardo Campello used the time to fly into some Tripple Loop Attempts, but "only" nailed some massive Double Loops. The wind became too strong even for Campello. More than 50 knots had been measured. Also 14 year old Philip Koester went on the water and stole Campello the show. He used that Street Style Skate park for Mega Moves, where he catpulted himself into fourth floor. Little by little also all the other Big Names of Waveriding hit the water and made the waiting period a bit shorter. The Waves became bigger and bigger but not clean enough. So all eyes are focussed on tomorrow, with even stronger wind !!!! and bigger waves....
